The S-type is a “middle of the road” approach to dB level. Louder when you hit the throttle but more refined otherwise. Possibly preferable in a more sensitive neighborhood. The ATAK is more balls out, loud dB level though I have found it to be pretty tame at cruising speeds. Some think it too loud but I find the dB level absolutely perfect. Let’s you know when you step into it but a nice low end background rumble when cruising. Doesn’t effect music listening or conversation when cruising. I also like the lower end growl better than any other Ive heard (and I listened to a LOT before I settled on the ATAK). Remember however, the exhaust note is extremely personal. What I love, others may not...similar to different tastes in music. My Borla ATAK exhaust is my favorite of many mods.

@Troutrad thanks for your input ! I do live in a neighborhood but I’m really leaning toward the Atak! Truly thanks for that!!

with the cat back magnaflow 19346, a k&n cai, and a new tune i am getting 522 hp to the flywheel and 417.33 hp to the rear wheels. what is anyone else getting with a similar setup? thanks.

Did you have any codes when you installed the cai?

i did get an airflow code (i can't remember what the code was) but it hasn't come back after i installed my new exhaust and put in the new tune.

I Have the Atak mid section with no resonator, I'm thinking of switching to Bullet Performance cat back.

I just installed the Corsa Sport on my 2020 Screw. Had originally thought about going with the Borla S type but then heard it in person. I found it to be too loud for my “tight ***” neighborhood...and the wife agreed. So went with the Corsa Sport 3” muffler replacement only. Best option for me. I was more than pleased and may I say...pleasantly surprised at the deep growl of it. It certainly does wake up the neighbor on cold starts if my tails are pointed toward his bedroom window....but it’s probably time for his ass to get up outta bed anyway. I love the Corsa. Great sound and reasonable volume without the bitchslap your momma rasp!! Thanks again to Nick and Apolla-Optics for the recommendation and great pricing.
