I have a 19 with the B&O and just wondering if it is worth it to upgrade just the speakers in the doors/tweeters? Will I notice a difference? Sorry I tried searching but couldn't find what I was looking for. Thanks for the help.

a speaker replacement will definitely help with clarity. as far as volume, no. but a decent set of speakers will help clean up the sound a bit

A speaker upgrade alone will help. We provide free speaker adapters and wiring harnesses with speaker purchase. The best way to achieve optimal sound improvement would happen after defeating the B&O system and using an amplifier to help push the aftermarket speakers. Please PM me for recommendations.

Yes it will but highly not recommended. What you are doing would be forcing the source IE. head unit to push harder than it was designed to do. This might lead to short term use of the stock head unit and result in a very expensive replacement.

dont do it. lowering the resistance will cause heating issues. the components will run hotter than designed for and will cause premature failure. will probably go into thermal potection first, but that would cause the system to shut down until it cooled down enough to turn on
