Hi, I read other posts about the leaking sunroof issue, and saw people refer to drains? I have water dripping into the car and into the rails. Do these rails channel water out of the car? Or is this water pooling somewhere inside the truck that I can’t see? See pics.

The dripping water is at the front passenger side corner of the fixed panel. Thanks in advance.

As long as the water isn't backing up and leaking out of the channel it is working as it should. As @FordTechOne posted above, there are drain tubes. I've had 3 F150s with the pano and some dripped more than others. I've adjusted the alignment and used Krytox grease at the rubber and seems to help keep the water penetration down. Ultimately its working as designed.

I've attached a TSB that shows how to maintain the Pano. The Krytox is expensive but it works amazingly.

Mine leaked from the back to the front and pooled water on the passenger side floor board.
Dealer had it for a over a month, pulling sun roof and back window seals to find leak
Had to pull the entire interior out and replace carpet as it had mold issues

good luck w yours

Hey @Antho and @FordTechOne

Might be a little off topic but kinda relevant. Should the glass be at the same level as the roof skin?

This is my first pano roof and my moonroofs have always been even with roof skin.

My Gen 1 roof broke in place in closed the position so it never leaked. However, it seems to me that the seal Ford uses is not the best and must be lubed or if it becomes too dry then it can lead to leaks
