How hard is this to install?

very easy, a couple of clips...just under the steering wheel...takes just a few minutes. There are some youtube videos from Pedal Commander themselves....but unclip one connection and clip pedal commander to the two connections that were previously connected....Done.

...and they work great. Almost like adding a turbo to your truck.
