I had looked at a '20 at a dealer & didn't notice they had made that wheel change until after I had mine. Looks like a web reinforcement between the spokes. Those are McGuard lugs, #64074. They run about $19 for a set of four. The consensus in here from a big thread about black nuts (or was it a small thread about ********* nuts?) not too long ago seemed to be that the McGuards are top notch, but on the expensive side. So that's what I went with. I figured I'd rather spend a bit more and hopefully not have issues down the road. Gorilla is the other popular lug, but some people had issues with theirs.

Ok cool. I know several people complained about the splined style. They look nice, but who needs problems with lugnuts.

The one thing I forgot to add, the needed OEM lug shape for stock wheels is different from what's used for almost all the aftermarket wheels. OEM uses the "bulge cone seat" style, I think the other is just called "cone seat" style or conical. The OEM has a fat surface where it mates with the wheel. Everyone seems to agree the OEM lugs are junk and are trouble given some time.

Hey Old Farty Fart! People like you need to cease and desist with these unnecessary threads that do nothing but corrupt the innocent. I'll have you know that since you started this despicable thread, I have been forced to spend hours and hours on Prismatic Powders website. OK, besides the fact that it is the coolest powder coating website, you have caused me great stress, as you (and others) keep exposing things that I never knew I'd need for my Raptor.

Can someone start a thread on how to grow a money tree? Thank you and good evening.

Those look great. I have a 2019 Magnetic and didn't like the black/bright silver of the OEM rims. I wanted something in grey or Anthracite, which is hard to find, I ended up buying the OEM bead locks. I see now that powder coating of the OEM wheels would have worked.

I had thought about the bead locks at first, and then Nick at Apollo Optics told me about the ALPHAequipt Delta wheels which are nearly OEM fitment and look great. I decided to try the powder coating first and figured if I didn't like it I would sell them and get the ALPHAequipt from Nick. I never much liked that machined face bright silver two tone look either.
