I'd love to know what are you basing this on besides armchair "mechanicing" based on the Ford recommended intervals? I can point out Ford recommendations that will end up leading to premature failure.

Ford tech on YouTube says, 30,000 and then fluid and filter @ 60,000.

You definitely don't want to go by their recommended intervals.

Shouldn’t need new “cam phasers” well, ahh, ****** ever- but it needs em @ 24.5k miles apparently, but I’ll let it go for a while. Shouldn’t need to change your diff fluids by 30k like I did, or your TC fluid either....if ya drive like a soccer mom. But I don’t, soo? Yeah- I change the shit a lil early as preventative maintenance.
