How much lift did you get from the +3HD with no load? I saw someone claim 2" over stock, is that right? Seems like it should be only 1" if their labeling system is consistent, but they might be assuming some constant load. I'm thinking Eibachs and Deavers, but I want to maintain some rake empty so that I don't sit like a toad when I load up.

It really depends on how high you have your front suspension set. The +3HD is spec'd to provide the 1" lift with 500 lbs in the bed. I'd say that its closer to 1.5" with no load at all.

My truck on 40s (with a full loadout that is between 800 and 900 lbs, depending on the trip) is really only about 1-1.5" taller than most other raptors on 37s, even though My tires are 3.5" taller than most 37s, unless I crank the preload up a ton.

Thanks. Sounds like Eibachs and Deaver +3HD would leave me somewhere in the neighborhood of level with the full 1200 lb load if I keep the heavy stuff as far forward as I can. I had the water and a big cooler in the back of the cab for my trip last week. Sounds like it would also leave me with something in the neighborhood of stock rake with no load. That sounds like what I'm looking for.
