‘Love my 2017 raptor. 50,000 miles. But I’m a little annoyed with minor issues. My truck sounds like a 150 year old barn door opening when I go over minor bumps. Maybe new leaf springs? I ran into the upgrading to 37’ toyo tires..rubbing. The sun roof is jammed and needs fixing.. breaks are about finished..

Not too many issues, but now it’s time to get better quality products that Ford can’t provide for me..
looking at..

Fiberwerks fenders to fix the rubbing
Upgrade leaf springs
Alcon brakes
New 37’ toyo open country
SVC bumpers
Magnum force stage 2 super raptor cold air intake
Cobb tune
I need advice for new Fox shocks!
And if there’s anything else that helps the truck run smoother and at a higher performance, please share.

Thank U

Sunroof - ford. Just do it.
Tires - you did that, add the suspension needed.
Squeaking - new springs or clean and lube what you have.
Brakes - I guess upgrade if you need to. Stock ones are pretty decent except for your oversized tires.

The work you will have to put in on new glass you can do to factory fenders and make it work without issues. Unless you just like the look, you’ll need to account for bedsides too to match the truck then plus a wrap or painting.

Bumpers won’t do anything for you just looks, in regards to your listed concerns yeah there are other benefits.

Brakes I really don’t think you need to go up to Alcons. You could just get some better rotors and pads and do periodic services.

CAI have been proven time and time again to do nothing maybe +1hp. Though I am a hypocrite and run one but I like the sound it makes.

Tunes can be good but have heard many issues arise from gen2 sensors not liking code messed with.

If I were you, I would take the money from fenders, alcons, tune and cai and dump it into a nice suspension system. Maybe some billet uppers with hiems and uniballs, new lowers and a secondary bypass up front. And run triple bypass in the rear with deavers. You could also go for the RST18 or a spring under if you drastically want to change your ride.

Long story short if you are upset with ride and performance quality dump all you want to spend into a ba suspension system and forgo the others, the amount of useable gain you will get for the cost will be better focused on suspension.

you’re a long way from “needing” new glass and alcons.

There have been many discussions about the “best” shock. To save you from all the digging on threads, fox will be your smoothest ride and give you anything you could want off-road.
