Kids in car seats

Anyone else have kids in car seats I have a two year old and a 4 month old, any good seat protectors to go under the car seats and keep from ruining the leather or anything? I’m hoping for something simple that keeps the backseat looking clean

I got my Raptor after my kids stopped using car seats, but in my 2016 Explorer Sport I just laid out a doubled up beach towel for the seats to go on. It worked well for us.

This. Ours were both towels but same idea. Worked very well, seats started clean and scuff/damage free

I don’t even want my kids in my truck now, and they’re 20 and 17 haha

Seriously tho, I had a large piece of pleather (from upholstery supplier/fabric store) that I put on the seat and it worked great. Underneath, as suggested by others, I some old bath towels. For sure you’d want some protection under the irregular and sometimes sharp parts of the child seats. I’d be pissed if they dug into the seats.

I use the Britax Guardian under our infant car seat. It has worked out really well as I just bought another one for my wifes new truck.

I got sunrise tactical gear to protect the bottom of the seat and for the molle as well of course. I just used a towel for the back of the seat.

I've just accepted the fact that I have kids (6 and 3) and that nothing will be clean for at least another decade.

Yup... they’re kids, and it’s a truck. 7 and 5 for me.

They are padded and work great. Hope it helps
