Who has run the ORA550 tune?

420RWHP is that just a Tune stock Truck on 93 octane or Tune combined with CAI and Intercooler? I am in Illinois so plenty of 93 on every corner.

That's stock truck. No intercooler, no intake, no mods. For bigger gains, we obviously have the hard parts to increase those numbers.

Living in Texas I have a front license plate. Does upgrading the intercooler to say a CVF in stock location, then throwing a license plate back in front of it negate the gains? Depending on how bad the license plate restricts would that put me back at a stage 1 due to lack of cooling?

I believe upgrading intercooler has to do with repeated "pulls" so your truck wont get "heat soak" lets say after 3-4 back to back pulls. If you not planning to get on it so often I heard some people been running Stage 2 with stock intercooler also.

Just pick up a swarfworks license plate relocation adapter. Clears the front of the inter cooler and mounts the plate nicely. I live in Texas as well and I upgraded to a COBB IC and it made a huge impact.

If you're going to upgrade your intercooler with an upgraded unit in the OEM location, just like @MacK88DO said, we recommend picking up the Swarfworks license plate relo bracket. You'll still have the front license plate and plenty of air getting to your intercooler.
