I bet it is just something that may have loosened up. Not a worry at all. Like Rick said, after some miles it is best to check everything over.

Enjoy the truck. It looks great.

Don I doubt you push your truck like I do. I come to forums for answers And information, not haters. There’s enough of those everywhere
Thanks
Ok Susan. You clearly know it all.

Not hating. just pointing out the obvious. IF you indeed push like you say you do, you off road a lot, yet, you didn't do research and didn't get the right parts or do a post upgrade bolt check and your first reaction is to blame the truck.

First off, 40psi for off-road is way too high, air down. I would adjust the front a bit stiffer, go to 5 right in the middle. If its bouncy in the front, adjust up some but I typically wouldn’t go past 7.

Here is a chart that might give you a starting point on the rear. I run general offroad

Walter at Aftermarket HQ knows what he is doing and runs ICONs himself. He should be able to get you dialed in. I personally had some rebuild issues on my ICONs with him but that is another issue. Walter didn’t do the work, a new guy did at the time from what I was told. I would have them recheck the torque on the suspension bolts, one bolt on the LCA could of been missed, it happens. They can check the tie rods too. Did they do the alignment too? Maybe the alignment shop didn’t tighten them enough. Personally if a shop out there can align from the UCA then have Walter install a set of slot deletes and adjust from the ICON upper. I have bent three ICON wheels when off-roading hard but it sounds like you didn’t hit anything too rocky. I switched to method trail series and couldn’t be happier, strong!

Thank you very much for the chart on the rear settings VERY helpful. Will be making some setting changes, airing down, getting an Alignment and getting back after it this weekend. Not good though hearing about the icon rims. I was dead between a set of methods and these and went for the look and road less traveled. Thanks again.

General rule of thumb that applies to every vehicle, the more off-road capable the vehicle, the less stability it has on road. It is the exact reason why there are drive modes like baja and sport. One is for off road and the other is for on road for breaking and handling reasons. I highly recommend you attend an assault course or at least watch some videos

ICON suspension is just fine and not inherently the issue. I have no clue what these guys are talking about. It’s definitely an upgrade over stock.

What we are talking about is this statement
"So i have a few questions.
1) i thought this truck was built for this? What do you all do if you off-road a lot?"

C'mon, you should know that this truck has all the off-roading capabilities in the world, and that's straight out of the factory. This guy who says he runs harder than anyone yet has never gotten all 4 in the air and runs tires at 40 psi??? Dude!

the truck is capable out of the factory but certainly any given driver will go faster with a king, icon or fox suspension.
and stock or aftermarket, alignment by lca slots is weak, slot delete and reinforcement kits are much better.
plus the stock leaf springs are light but weak and a hydraulic bump kit is arguably a necessity off road

Give the rookie off-roader a break. He just learned the hard way, like some do, when they install better suspension, but yet think they can drive it like a trophy truck. Once you bump up to man tires, 37s, reinforcement is required in certain areas of the build. And like some have stated, always double check the torque specs on components before heading out and after. Do you have any teeth fillings left running hard at 40psi? Airing down is very important. And buy some better wheels if you're going to run hard. Well worth it. Update us with your findings. Also, A Arrow alignment here in Vegas is the best for dialing your alignment. Good luck! Also, get used to the sarcasm. Believe it or not, there is a lot of experience here and learn from them.

You said that the aftermarket suspension was the issue in your last post. The suspension is not the issue and that is what I was referencing, it is NOT. The suspension he has is better than stock.

Why didn’t you say the issue is PSI and perhaps his experience instead of parts?

The stock truck can only do so much and at so much of a speed. Upgrade like he did and you can do the same but faster. He said he only went about 40mph. I don’t care if it was aired up to 50psi, it would of been a rougher ride but it shouldn’t of came out of alignment regardless how he drove, if he never hit anything.

Question is... why doont u just go to the professional?
maybe the guys who installed the suspension. get one in and go for a test drive. why are you even thinking u'll find answers here. go get it inspected.
