What ride got attention, wanted or unwanted?

Before I started getting 2 weeks to the gallon recently, I regularly had people telling me they love my Raptor. Mostly while parked but had one dude in a Ram stop in the turn lane while I was stopped at a light, he lowered his window and got my attention to tell me how much he liked the Raptor. Fun. I recently sold a Mercedes SLK55 AMG, when I first got it we lived in a smaller city in North Carolina, it attracted a lot of attention, not crazy expensive but not many around.

Raptor are a dime a dozen in Houston. My black Gen 1 got a little attention since it had a 10 cube setup on the front bumper and looked different than most. My Gen 2 Raptor gets more attention with the bright bronze wheels and red brakes against the Lead Foot. The lifted F-250 we took to SEMA...maybe a little, but nothing worth writing home about.

The vehicle that got the most attention was my F82 M4 with full Sakhir Orange interior which included the orange leather dash. Super bright interior on a murdered out M car with a nice exhaust got the most attention of any car I've ever owned.

My son's orange 1972 240Z gets a lot of attention. Raptors are a dime a dozen here in the DFW area.

Nice question, we in the North West have many 4X4 auto's of all kinds. Seems like after getting my 18 raptor see more of them popping up around town. The local Ford dealer used to have 2 or 3 at most in lot. Now have 6, one is the new RED color not sure that color has grown on me yet hahaha. I find it kinda funny when i wave at a fellow raptor driver they pay me no attention. Not sure what that is all about? I do get way more attention when i pull the XKR Jag out for a drive.

I have a question for you, I currently am have Corsa Extreme with resonator delete and wife said it’s too loud and has to go. I love the sound. If I reinstall my stock exhaust and leave the resonator delete does it improve the stock exhaust with deeper tones without that raspy sound?

Does she pay for everything? If not tell her to pound sand.

My 68 Cadillac used to get a lot of attention. Too much, I guess...someone stole it about 10 years ago.

The plated XRR gets a lot more attention than the Raptor. Buzzing around LA on an open class dirt bike gets a lot of thumbs up as well as a lot of WTF looks.

Yeah, 2 strokes get the attention. These NSR250 were never officially brought to the US.
