Rednose, that is way too organized the way you've got those washers zip tied together and then writing the part number (I assume that is what that is) along with how many pieces are in the bag. You're supposed to just throw all that together into a small pan or box. Or better yet, just let them be scattered on the floor until needed again. That's the best way to find those extra parts. You know the ones that are left over after putting everything back together again. ;)

Well we were supposed to go to the beach again this afternoon, but my wife changes her mind and decided to do some things around the house. So I figured what the hell, might as well give her a wash. She was full of sand from our last trip so she really did need to have the interior vacuumed. Supposed to head to the beach on Friday if the weather holds up.

Finally got the appropriate adaptor for Forscan to run all the modules and did:

-Autofold Mirrors
-Reverse Tilt Mirrors
-Double Horn Honk Disable
-Engine Temp above guages
-Fake Engine Noise Disable
-Nav in motion
-DRL w/Parking Lights Only (Outer LEDs)

Disappointed that the reverse mirrors require you pushing a button...thought they would be automatic like BMW. Now I need to look for other custom stuff I want to code.

Lets you use navigation (and most other locked out features) while driving. Side effects include speed limit signs look like European ones (still mph) and 911 assist doesn't work. It's just setting the whole system to European mode.

You’ll notice 7 quarts of oil, after draining the factory oil, I flushed with a full quart of Amsoil. Also, decided on slightly angling the truck to get all the oil out of the oil pan.
I’m curious... how and why do you flush with a quart of oil? Just put it in and let it drain out?

After I let the oil drain for 20 minutes, I put the drain plug back and poured 1 quart of “Amsoil” and then drained that quart. This was my first oil change and I wanted to remove as much of the original non synthetic oil as possible.

My Swarfworks front plate mount arrived today and was promptly installed, its a real nice piece. After looking at how much the stock IC was blocked by the front plate Im glad I got one.
