Owner.Ford.Com service history

does anyone use the https://owner.ford.com/ site to log/track their service history?
I've been using it ever since I got my 2014. used it about two weeks ago, all fine. Went in today to add a new service event...all the history is gone. 90k miles of history lost??
when I log in it shows me my vehicle associated with the acccount. but when I try to add an event, it says I must add a vehicle...WTF???
I typically keep track in a paper notebook, but didnt want to have to enter info in two locations.

Well that's a bummer, I'm old school, paper and pencil.

yep...that'll teach me to try something new.
us old guys should stick to the old tried and tru...but then again i wouldn't be driving a newer Raptor if I kept myself stuck in the old ways...hahaha

I keep my maintenance records in the same spot on owner.ford.com. I just checked and all my stuff is still there.

I went in a few months back and found that they had updated their page and had to access the maintenance log a different way. Try this...

Log into the site
Click Service --> Service History
Scroll down to Service History area

Do you see your stuff?

nope...I do get a continuously spinning circle though, but no info. Disabled all my add blockers, VPN, etc...still the same.
And I just used it about two weeks ago to add an oil change and had no issues.

Hmm... that's really odd. Where your spinning circle is where my history shows up. Maybe try clearing your cache or trying a different browser.

I will say that Fords web sites aren't the best.

yep...thats what I used to get.
tried clearing Cache and using a different browser...still the same.
but when I use a different computer and log in with the same credentials, it tells me I have to add a vehicle, then I click add, and it shows me my current vehicle. But still no service history. Oh well.
you ant kidding about the ford sites...they are almost unusable in my opinion, but I am an old guy now so must just be me.

P.S. - the Ford site has nothing do with with age... it's horrible! LOL

Well...after a couple of months...everything is back to normal. Just kept checking every couple weeks. All my history is now back.
I didnt change a thing.
funny though...before only the service I entered showed up...I just assumed previous owner never updated it...now all the history of before I owned it is there too.

FordPass had all my service history for my 15 and 17 automatically in the app but when I got my 19 it isn’t in there at all.
