anyone going to be out in the desert tomorrow? (05/02/20). I’m getting my truck back today and would like to go cruise around somewhere at a safe social distance.

Anyone heading out this weekend?

Ran Mojave Road last weekend. Surprisingly a good amount of people out there, even for how hot it was.

Which way did you go? Any water at the Afton crossing? I was looking to start in searchlight and end in Barstow but maybe the other way around is better?

We drove to Laughlin and drove to Barstow. There was water in the river crossing, but it was not bad at all. Each time we tried going from Barstow to Laughlin we have had stupid issues come up. We usually take a few days and camp our way through.

I’m in Glendale would love to meet up and get the kids out of the house and on the trail for a day trip let me know if anyone is planning anything

Would anyone be up to meet on Monday the 25th? I know it’s a holiday but a trip out to the desert might be fun. Just finished installing my ICON leafs and am buttoning up my front bump stop kit this weekend.


Maybe Cleghorn fire road trail? It starts off the 15 freeway at cleghorn exit and ends near silver wood lake. I think 20 miles +/-.
