Im getting ready to install a wiring kit for my 2017 raptor to setup to tow behind our motorhome. I cant seem to find the best way to set up the wiring. The kit calls for running wires to the tail lights but i'm trying to figure out if i can tap into something under the hood to operate the running lights and brake lights/turn signals as well as the 3rd brake light and license plate lights. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

^^ he want's to tow the Raptor behind his RV, do the plugs on the bumper of the Raptor help with that?

OP, have you read the recreational towing section in the manual, starts on pg 321, not sure if there's anything in there that will help.

some more good info about flat towing the raptor, put it in "neutral to mode", starts at minute 1:15

SUPER Helpful! I will double check the wiring on my truck. The truck they installed on didnt have LEDs so we'll see if its the same or not tomorrow! Thanks for taking the time to post.

I got a kit that just plugs in to the rear harness. Just zip tied along the drivers side frame rail. I think I got mine from Demco along with their Delta force break system.

Keep in mind when running wires- you will need power from the rv to the raptor to keep things charged. ( I forgot this at 1st) The raptor tows very nice.

FINALLY found the wires i was looking for. I believe the wiring diagram is also listed on the back of the tail light housing itself (check the video)

Driver side
Blue/silver wire - tail lights
Gray/brown - brake/turn lights

Passenger side
Blue/silver wire - tail lights
Purple/orange - brake/turn lights

I might need to figure out how to run a line to the license plate lights. Has anyone done this?
