I've found myself accidentally doing 5-10mph above my normal speed now that there's nobody on the highway. Easy to look down and I'm doing 90. The truck is so smooth and quiet it doesn't feel any different than ~75. Maybe I rely on the speed of others to gauge my proper cruising speed. Anyone else or am I crazy?

Happens to me all the time. So smooth that you don’t realize till you look at the speedo.
Lock in the cruise control helps

Slower than usual.
Due to anxiety, people in general are driving more recklessly than usual.
I've seen more aggressive driving than usual.
I blame it on Covid-19. Unusual.

I feel it myself, somewhat distracted while driving.
Not a good time to need an emergency room!
Slow down, stay safe.
Took the battery out of my motorcycle until the madness is over.
Wash your hands!

For sure, the open roads allow drivers to stretch their legs.

I haven't driven much, but the last time on the highway I stuck to the speed limit. Might have been a couple instances where I spooled up the turbos.

There were a few fast and furious out there.

Haven't driven much the past few weeks, but I would say this is true under normal conditions if the traffic allows. My mind feels like I'm going about 10 mph slower than actually am. Also noticed that hitting the gas, though a great feel, feels much more short lived.

On my typical work commute, there's a spot where I need to merge into traffic up a steep incline. In old vehicle, it was a fun spot. In the Raptor, it's awesome feeling, but I reach speed much quicker, and thus it's shorter experience.
