New here, so sorry if this has been asked. Looking at doing either Rigid or Baja 6-light kit, mostly for General/Street Use. I also wanted to do the upper and lower grill lights. Is there a good recommendation/suggestion for which combination to purchase for this?

Something maybe like the Rigid 41610 Kit?

Also, do any of these impact airflow and/or the adaptive cruise control modules, etc.?

The 41610 Kit is actually a kit we made for a couple years before Rigid came out with it-

The combo of the SAE, Driving and Spot were so popular Rigid came out with their own kit. Originally with our kit, we used NFAB Fog brackets. After Rigid came out with their kit, the Rigid Stainless brackets were far better than Nfab. Nfab rusted and the mount locations were not that great. When we compared the Rigid Brackets and the Nfab, we saw positives to each, but also negatives to each. We then compared all the other brackets out there, and learned who did things right, who did things wrong and created what we feel is the best of ALL worlds. We took the stainless steel and black powdercoat of the Rigid and incorporated it. We took the 8mm main bolt slot, bolt and lock nut of the Nfab vs the Rigid reuse of a small 6mm and sheet metal clip. We extended our slots for more adjustment. We compared every other bracket we could find to pick through the flaws and the positives. We centered our slots better than ANY other bracket company out there. The reason we stay with vertical vs horizontal slots really comes down to engineering. If you have 3 lights that go in a space, and width wise they all fit, and you space the 3 centered in the pocket evenly, then they will be even and centered 100% of the time. The other objective is to have the ability to bring them as far forward to the pockets of the bumper as possible. This can be a challenge with various lights because the front of the case may be extended with some (Like a Rigid Side Shooter) or shorter (Like a Baja Pod) or slightly extended (Like the new Round 360 Light). That is why it is important to have the vertical slots to slide them forward and back depending on the location. With horizontal slots, you mist pick the best of 1, 2 or 3 only. We have tested and tested and rearranged the slots to be the best position of any other out there we feel, and while opinions are like A**hloes… LOL, the truth is in the science. It's easy to show.

We actually made a comparison video comparing BOTH the Rigid Pro and the Baja Pro Fog lights on a Raptor side by side and then off the truck comparing mounting and quality. If you are torn between the two and you want to get as close to feeling and touching both, then I would recommend looking at this video.
