Hello all, I posted in the classifieds but no reply. Is there anyone on here (personal or business) that i can purchase some Deaver +3’s from for an 18 Raptor. Ideally a package type deal with bump stops? Looking to see if any where or anyone has a good deal to help me out on saving some money instead of paying top shelf price. I know their not cheep and I'm willing to spend the money. But every dollar saved counts. Thanx in advance. Semper Fi

i have the eibach 2.5 springs in the front. Looks fairly level maybe ever so slightly higher in the front. I wanted the rear lifted to where there is a slight rake back. I thought with the +3 it would accomplish that. But looking around the thread here, there was a member that has the same front springs as me and stated he installed deaver +3s. He posted a picture of his truck and it still looked a little low in the rear. He also stated he wanted to go with the +4s. So do i get 4s or 3s for what im trying to accomplish? Obviously i off road it and want to reduce the rear wheel hop. I carry 2 full size 35in spares somtimes in the back on long runs but not every day or that often. Im concerned if i went +4 it would be to much. Someone give me some insight here and help with a good deal. Thanx again. Semper Fi

I have the Eibachs as well but no Deavers yet. The Eibachs will ride sliiiiightly high until they break in and they should then level out.

the Deavers+3 will ride an inch high. The Deavers +2 are stock height. The user user that has the +3 most likely has a drop shackle as well which will lower that Deaver set up an inch back to level, accomplishing the same height as +2 but giving you extra droop.

If you’re always carrying load, depending on how much you’re carrying, and you want that rake: HDs, a +4 or just no drop shackle.

I have the Eibachs and the front is about 3/4” higher. How long does it usually take to break in and even out?

RPG sells a level 3 rear kit that includes their hydraulic bump stops and Deavers of any size. I went with +3s to go with my Geisers Springs and my truck sits 3/4” higher in the back, which I think is the perfect amount of rake.

Not sure about the other member with +3s sitting lower, but he might have shackles or additional lift in the front. On the topic of settling, the Geisers settled immediately once I drove the truck for the first time and have not gone down any further in 2 years.

I dont think so personally. Unless that 10% is extreme offroading where youre bound to use the full length of that travel, then I would just get the bump pad kits vs the full blown bumpstops.

RPG also sells their stage one kit, which is the base for what you need later on if you ever decided to add bumpstops. Nice thing about that (and the same types of upgrades from other vendors) is that they offer cross members that help reinforce the rear. RPG Stage 1 is everything minus the bumpstop tubes. Keep in mind you would still need to get you some bump pads that go on the axel.

So Bumppads only if you're street queening it with light offroad, or start looking into the different stages and bump stop additions if you're doing anything more extreme.

No, you can get away with the bump pads if you are only doing 10% light off-roaring. There are several vendors on this forum that carry them.

I installed Eibachs in the front and Deaver +4 HD's in the rear on a 2019. It sits pretty close to level. I have a Retrax Pro bed cover, Pro Eagle 4ton jack and a bedside toolbox. Maybe an additional 300lbs or so over stock in the bed.

I had 1 inch drop shackles installed at first because everyone said it would be too high in the rear. I ended up putting the stock shackles back in and I think it's perfect! Similar rake to factory but a little higher.

If you carry weight in the bed all the time, get the HD's, and you can always lower with a drop shackle if it's too high.

Also, I did not do hydraulic bumps stops like I did on my Gen 1 and I beat the crap out of it jumping and off roading in Big Bend in February. No issues and no big hits on the rear. I did install the SDHQ bump pads to use with stock rubber pads as well.

I am planning to get Deaver+3 W/ SDHQ pump stop would i need to upgrade the shackles. I do not want to bring it back down i want that extra 1" in the rare.

I also don't carry any load at all in the back.

90% on street 10% off road What would you guys recommend
