Ask them if they are going to test your seat mate for corona?

Ya, no shit. I cancelled my hotel and flight a couple weeks ago. I'm not cancelling as I'll let them cancel so I can reschedule. I just went last November, so no biggie either way.

I was scheduled to go at the end of April (26th, 27th) and rescheduled this week with no penalty. I had to pick a date beyond one year of ownership (within a couple of weeks) and got a confirmation email without any problems.

Salt Lake City: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is suspending all temple activity due to concerns about the coronavirus. The Utah-based faith said Wednesday that the temporary suspension would start at the end of the day, said Irene Caso, a church spokeswoman. The church said the decision was made after careful consideration and “with a desire to be responsible global citizens.” Meanwhile, hard-hit Summit County is telling residents to stay home except for essential errands and asking visitors to the ski-resort community of Park City to stay away. The shelter-in-place order issued Wednesday is the first such declaration in the state. The county has been a hotspot for cases statewide and now has a similar number of cases per capita as hard-hit New York City and parts of Italy, said Summit County Health Director Rich Bullough. The order starts Friday and will be in place at least until May 1. Visitors planning new trips to Park City are being asked not to come, as well as those with second homes in the area.

I was supposed to be there today, but I had to cancel on the 19th after I was sent home to self quarantine since I had been exposed at work. They let me reschedule, but they charged me $300 (both my wife and I are going) since it was within 30 days.

It would seem to me that I ought to be refunded the $300 considering they ended up cancelling the class.

I gave them a call after seeing your note and left a message.

That's crazy! They didnt mention anything to me about a cancellation fee. They just gave me until my 1 year anniversary to get rescheduled. So I'm rescheduled in July.
Hope it all works out for u! I wouldn't be happy about the fee. Given all the circumstances and the fact it was cancelled, I would hope they waive all cancellation fees!

Just got a call today from Ford Performance. The 4/14 class just got cancelled, all fees paid will be refunded. They said I can go in and re-egister for a new class post apocalypse. Sometime in June or July.

I just got the call too. I was signed up for 4/13 - 4/14 as well. They told me to just wait a couple a couple days for the system to be clear and go back online to register all over again.

Just received an email from Lisa at RA, she said class is still on schedule to move forward. Not sure how that can be.
