A lot of people run tunes, but not many use CAIs on our trucks due to the CELs they cause. If the AFE CAI is new like the OP mentioned, I would remove it first, clear the codes and see if the problems persist before adding cleaners.

CAIs provide very little benefit on a Raptor other than sound and bling under the hood.

I run the Agency Power Intake on mine and have no CEL, and it doesn't use the stupid Vent Tube either. But yea, like you said, many other Intakes on these truck can throw the CEL and cause other issues.

Thanky you all for your advise.. They are all great and wonderful. With the timing I'm not sure if it's the new air box, chips etc, because "new" meaning... Not part of the original truck... The AFe intake was the last installed, that was May of 2019. JMS BoostMax and PedalMax was installed in 2017 (when I got the truck, some stalling issues, and they were kindly enough to replace with new units at no cost, thank you JMS, no more error since), Borla Atak exhaust was installed back in July 2019. So technically, nothing newly installed in my truck. Oil was an issue, I had an error of low pressure back in Sept, and had to add almost 2 quarts, so I think there can be a potential oil leak issue into the turbo. If that's the case, I just might see some residues on my O2 sensor.. will see.. Going to put my truck on a lift hopefully next week. (I'm in Greater NYC, my garage is at the mercy of the city's mayor....)

You do NOT want to replace the cats- any aftermarket are gonna be shit quality/low catalyst count could foul & plug or not last etc. factory cats should last life of truck unless you’re running super rich or something else wrong.
