I tapped into Fuse 29 for constant power (unused fuse) and Fuse 36 for power when truck is in acc mode. I ran the wires across the headliner, down the A pillar and just behind the weather stripping. This is my daily driver as well and I have the cam running all time.
Nice. Thank you so much. I just installed mine on fuse 36 and works like a charm when I power up. And it’s internal battery will keep it on for an hour once I turn it off. So long enough to run in to a store or something. Only took like 20 minutes. Ran the cable just like you did into the passenger fuse box!

We ended up tapping into the fuse panel as well. When I installed the first mirror tap it was in but I thought to myself the next time I’m off-road this is going to come out. I do go off-roading often so I didn’t want to think of it and having to deal with it. I’m not sure how much the mirror plug can take before it overloads and not sure how much a cam and radar draw so just went with a fuse tap and all is good and it’s not on my mind.

Are you using a blend mount for your radar detector and camera? You can mount both ?

Yep, I used two blendmounts one for each. They fit With no issues.
Can you when you have time take a clear photo of both blend mounts please attached.

I’ve been asking them for years to make a dual mount solution for RD and dashcam.

I was looking for a combo mount as well but had no luck. Hope this helps.

Thank you. Love that. Sorry I used the adhesive mount now. I’m in process of doing rd and dash cam on my new M5 but the post behind the mirror barely fits one blend mount. 2 would never go on. I am now tempted to redo it on my Raptor.
