Hi - so I promise I searched a bit before asking:

I have a device with a standard analogue 3.5mm headphone jack output I want to feed as in input to Sync (2018 Raptor). Can't find a 3.5mm aux input. The device is not a digital storage device in the sense I could connect to a USB port. Thinking Bluetooth, I ordered a Bluetooth TX/RX unit from Amazon, but I can't get it to pair with Sync.

Do i have any options?

Cheers

Stay away from BlueTooth if you can. It will compress the files to make transmission smaller and affects audio quality. Maybe it's time to just upgrade your device?

No joy on the 3.5mm jack. They've done away with them. There are 3.5mm to USB cables out there however that should work fine for what you're trying to do. Plug the 3.5 into your device and the usb into the truck...problem solved?

I don't think that will work. If you watch the video, you have to download a file onto your computer and that allows you to build digital files from an analog source.
I went down this rabbit hole a few months ago and gave up. I think Naviks has some stuff that may work, but it's $$.
