sorry for your problems- But you are really stuck with what Ford offers to do. Try not to let it get the best of you. Sadly no one at Ford corporate really cares- but it sounds like you got a good dealer to help you through the bull.
My advice is to be nice but firm- and do not threaten law suit- till you are ready to go. May times once you play that card the help stops.
Agreed. Lemon law is defintely my backup once I meet the requirements of 4 times.

Run away. Run fast!

I had my timing belt tensioner issue done under warranty at 14k miles. Now, at 38k miles, it's back. This engine sucks!
Trust me. If I had a 6.2 I wouldnt be having these issues. I'm unfortunately stuck until buyback is needed and approved by Ford :/

To be fair, I had 86k miles on my '17 Raptor with 0 engine issues. No engine is perfect but I wouldn't say it sucks unless you are referring to the turbos.

Well to be fair, the 6.2 is technically bulletproof. My friend has a gen 1 and has has little to no issues. Many Gen 1 owners have had somewhat issues like (fuse issues, IWE, etc) but overall the 6.2 was literally a bulletproof engine. Ya the turbos suck on ecoturd engine and tbh, they are squeezing every drop of power out of that engine. Ford should have stuck with 6.2. There are so many issues reported on gen 2 forums because of engine issues.

Fords warranty repairs have got to be affecting the companies bottom line. I am curious what the labor and parts bill would be if not covered under warranty.

Right. They defintelt are not focusing on quality assurance at all. If I would guess, outside of warranty it would probably cost 10-20k. Considering crate engine is around 10k just itself and the labor required after that.

My 19’ Had spun bearings at only 3200 miles. Warranty covered the complete long block labor and everything. Took them two weeks to fix it. They had the motor out the 2nd day. But it took a full week to have the new long block shipped from wherever. 617236F7-C153-4A63-808D-0659F332B2B5.jpeg

It showed up as a $5 BILLION dollar hit on their 2019 EOY financials.
