Hey guys, those VenomRex 601s are standard +12 offset, correct? Running those with the 35/12.5R20s on stock suspension, can you confirm zero rub even at full lock? Also did you have your speedo recalibrated or are you comfortable with the slight discrepancy in speed? I have my Raptor ordered and should be here in about a month so, I'm trying to get all of this stuff figured out. Thanks!

Yeah, they're +12. I get very slight rubbing at full lock and the discrepancy is not noticeable.

I have been thinking of going with 285/65R20s instead of the 35/12.5 just to avoid any rubbing and/or actual speed difference - You or anyone else have any thoughts regarding the 285/65R20 config vs. 35/12.5R20?

I have a set of Venom Rex VR-601s in mystic black that I’m looking to sell if you’re interested. 20” wheels were just too big for my taste. Gonna go back to 17’s

Cool as **** Raptor18Atual! I can't wait to get my special order raptor sometime mid to late March I HOPE. Placed my order Dec. 18. Trying to decide on which wheels to get. I initailly orderd the OEM bedlock capable wheels, but now I'm rethinking. I may just get the Oem Cast wheel and go aftermarket like you guys. I think I will stick to the 17' wheel size. that's a whole other debate

For the folks on the fence about the VenomRex wheels, keep in mind that you can also get more "poke" from running a more aggressive tire, say a 325/60R20 vs a 35x12.50R20.

Pictured here is the VenomRex 602 20" on our shop truck with Nitto Ridge Grappler 325/60R20 tires. It does have collars and does still have some rubbing at full lock due to the larger tires.

Also, it was just announced today that the VenomRex wheels are currently on sale for Buy 3, Get 1 Free! So you're looking at $1312.48 with free shipping and free lugs for a set of 4 20s!

Additionally, if anyone is interested in any other brands, including Velgen posted above, we are ALSO an authorized dealer for them as well!
