Hello all. Iam looking at purchasing a gen 1 Raptor soon. Anything I should look for when looking at them? I am trying to find a lower milage one that is in good shape.

Look for rust on the rockers, listen for clicking under the dash when cycling the HVAC (blend door actuator), fuse 27 (do a search here), and the rear defroster. Good luck and be sure to post pics!

Welcome and good luck with your purchase. Me personally I would also be looking at the undercarriage for scraps and dents. Showing signs of abuse.

Check all the items in the previous posts but also negotiate a pre purchase inspection. I found a black one that the frame was bent and the seller just played dumb.

Good luck in your search! It’s worth the time I love my Gen1.
