Hi,
New '19 user here, after extensive search on multiple forums I couldn't get a clear and direct answer to my question which goes like so:

Now a days the outside temp is 32+*C on my dash my IAT is like 40-44*c and my manifold charge temp is 55*c+.

Clearly the stock IC is not enough to cool things down, I already have the Gen 1 AEM **** injection from my other cars.

My question for you guys and gals whom havlve changed/upgraded the IC, do you recommend to upgrade the IC (stock location), or install **** injection or both ?

Depends on what you are trying to achieve. As far as i am aware only the Full Race IC has **** bungs (i'm sure there are other areas that it can be injected).

Overall upgrading IC will provide lower AIT and consistent performance. Adding **** will give you additional cooling and feuling. I have not seen anyone on here run a **** setup. I had it on my M5 and would use it only when racing or messing around. Personally i wouldn't consider **** on this truck as i don't see a need for it. Upgrade IC, add tune and should be good to go. Unless you are looking for more power (at which stage i would even consider adding different turbos before ****).

If going ****, then stick with stock intercooler. No need to upgrade intercooler if running ****.

If not then consider upgrading the intercooler.

Very overkill to run both.

It's my DD, and I see 50+*c on the manifold charge temp and the raptor will retard the timi so hard that it's fells like it has hp engine.
Ost likely I'm gonna go with GARRETT IC or EPC.

Myself I would do the I/C first. No tuning required. If that doesn't get your temps where you want them then look at other options. I wouldn't touch **** injection without a proper tune.

The stock intercooler on these trucks is probably the worst OEM intercooler I've ever seen - size wise and quality. It's a disgrace how bad it is.

Now is that charge temp under load or cruising? Anytime you are cruising or idling then of course your temps will be high as air is not moving thru intercooler. As soon as you get into boost you will see your temps drop. But these intercoolers do heatsoak after some abuse.
