Any Update on availability?

Still testing samples with customers in the field, but no current ETA for release. It is unfortunately a slow process to spec, source, and build custom catalysts. The latest I heard from our hard parts team was that we had settled on a final catalyst spec, but I'm not sure how much testing time remains and how much time it would take for the catalyst supplier to build in bulk. Hang in there folks!

Can you provide any info on the catalyst specs; cell count/flow rate for instance? I haven't honestly witnessed a high-flow cat that wouldn't trip inefficiency codes without an outside influence[o2 extensions, tunes to ignore downstream, etc].

I knew a company that did advertise HFcats for another car, but after running into the same thing you described - they changed the cats to a 400 count that was actually more restrictive than oem and kept selling it as the same part/price with a guarantee it wouldn't throw codes. It became a mixed bag chance as to which version you were going to get in your order unless you called them and specified you wanted the actual HF pipes - at which point they would disclose that you'll get a cel and codes thrown with it.

Our intention with our Raptor downpipes was to use a catalytic converter that was able to improve performance and pass the OBD catalyst efficiency tests. During our testing prior to release, the cats we used appeared to pass these tests, but a handful of customers reporting seeing catalyst efficiency codes in the field. So, we decided to temporarily stop sale of the downpipes. We are currently working with our catalyst suppliers to develop a cat that meets our performance goals and passes cat efficiency tests, while still being price competitive with other downpipe offerings on the market.

We have prototypes out on the road now, and things are looking good! We will be sure to notify customers via the forums, social media groups, and email lists as soon as the downpipes are made available again.

Let us know if you have any other questions!
Was this problem ever resolved? Do you have new downpipes available? Thanks
