Trying to change DRL to parking lights + turns only by Forscan, but low beam stay on

Did the following through Forscan on 19' raptor, I am supposed to see the effects on pic below when in D while lighting knob in "auto", and engaged DRL in gage cluster. However, my low beam stays on top of that, anyone knows how to turn off low beam?

Did numerous change follow the spreadsheet on line all success except for this one.

Ever get an answer or figure it out? Did this change in '20 and worked great. Assume u are checking in full daylight vs. darker garage?
