Pulled the dash apart to replace the temperature blend door actuator. Passenger side was on full heat, the wife was not a fan...........

Did the same thing...... passenger side wasn’t getting any heat at all. Decided to leave out that PITA back screw on the actuator too

Are you a 2010 or early 2011? I think the 2011+ have a different orientation. Mine was not too bad to get too, but watching fordtechmakuloco videos on 2009 that looked like a real pain to get to the back one.

Either way I have plenty of little cuts all over my hands.

Hey man I hate to be that guy but bull bars like those are often times damage multipliers in an accident. I've seen it happen.
true story,
I have had it happen.. I hit a rock at the bottom of the bar, and it pushed the bar up and took out my grill, hood and fender all from a minor bump on a rock.. never again..

Got my rear shocks replaced. Would've been nice had the shocks been compressed a little more before banding, but eventually got them in and torqued down.
