I have been struggling with this exact same issue. Whipple SC dropping the same code. I changed out the Valve myself and it didn't fix the issue either. I took it to my local garage for a smoke test, but before they did that, he noticed that the vacuum hose from the whipple to the valve was way too long and was kinked in half. He replaced the hose a few days ago and cleared the code. I should know within a week if it comes back or is fixed for ever and ever.

Please update what you found. I've booked an appointment with the dealer next week to diagnosis.
Before the valve swap, it takes about 1 month or more to get the light back on... only took 10 mins after the valve swap, LOL...
So Far, So Good.. its been over a week now.

Dealer called back, said problem is a solenoid faulty in the fuel system. Replacement part coming in tomorrow, covered under warranty

I am happy to report that I have driven ~2500 miles with zero issues now. It is nice to feel secure that your truck is running at peak again. It turns out the issue was indeed the vacuum hose between the TB on the intake and the EVAP Purge Solenoid. It was ok when it was cold, but as soon as the engine heated up the hose would get soft and kink over. The fix was to shorten it and re route it.

So far so good, but not many miles since, about 1000km at most. Did you swap the solenoid at the same time? I will take a look at that hose.
Agreed with the people who said look at the wiring - the P0446 is for the canister vent solenoid *circuit*. it's not the purge valve, and it's the electronics having an issue. Mine was eaten, thus shorted and corroded off - look under drivers door at the wiring going into the vent solenoid...
