I had a similar issue with another car and it was due to my radar detector. It was plugged into the OBD port and it was preventing the car from sleeping.

Just wanted to update everyone. Had the dealer check for a parasitic drain this last time the battery died and and found that the driver side door actuator was bad and was draining. They replaced the module and apparently no more draw when the truck is off. Hopefully this solves the issues, fingers crossed. Appreciate all the advice, you guys called it.

I'm having the same problem. I have had the truck exactly one week and it wouldn't start yesterday. Took it to the dealership, they replaced the battery. This morning it wouldn't start. I'm so angry. No one thinks its a big deal that a brand new $75k truck has stranded me twice in the first week.

Thanks for the BMS reset info. I had no idea it even had that feature. I bought a new NorthStar NSB-AGM94R on Amazon to replace the OEM 3 year old Motorcraft battery. I saw the NorthStar recommended elsewhere in the forum and upon researching I found they are Made in the U.S.A which is important to me. We'll see how the fitment is and how well it performs.

I suspect there is a parasitic drain gremlin present in your Raptor. Had the same scenario happen to me on a 2016 Lariat. Only after several hours of diligence did the mechanic trace my gremlin to the driver’s side power door lock switch. I was aware of another F-150 with the same issue. Hope you find this information helpful. Good Luck!
How would u find that?

Possibly the BMS was not reset properly when the battery was replaced initially.

– Battery Replacement
• If the vehicle battery is replaced, it is very important to perform the BMS Reset using a
diagnostic scan tool.
• If the battery monitoring system reset is not carried out, it holds the old battery parameters and time in service counter in memory and it tells the system the battery is in an aged state and may limit the Electrical Energy Management system functions
• NOTE: DO NOT reset the battery monitoring system using the diagnostic scan tool if the battery is not being replaced. This reset is reserved for new battery installation. Resetting the battery monitoring system will clear the learned battery data, the battery time in service, and will affect the aging algorithm parameters, which have been learned since the installation of the battery.
Can this be done through froscan or just scan tool.
