Hello all,

Posting a little late considering I bought my '19 Raptor right after Thanksgiving and made my account a while ago. Found this forum after looking up some things to do with/to my new truck, seems like a nice, helpful community. My Raptor is only the second truck I've ever owned, but after my first (2018 F-150 XLT), I wondered what the hell took me so long to get one, haha. I don't haul a lot or very often, but the off-roading capabilities are what ultimately led me to my purchase. But anyway, I had a couple questions I was hoping you fellows could help answer.

The wife and I are planning a roadtrip around Raptor Assault (June 17-18) and then heading up to Yellowstone for a little vacation to celebrate our first anniversary. We're driving out there from Ohio, so it'll be a lengthy drive, but we've got two weeks to spare, so I'm looking to take my time and enjoy the country as we travel. I'm also making a stop in Denver to visit a buddy of mine for a day. So the question is, any of you guys know of any fun stops to check out on the way out there or on the way back home? Any potential off-road trails, parks or what have you to visit? I'd like to loop back around through the northern states to see some national parks on the way back home, but I was wondering if there was anything specific worth checking out, especially if given the chance to put my Raptor through her paces.

Sorry for the long-ass post, but any input you guys can throw my way would be greatly appreciated! :)

Here's some pics, by the way:

Congrats on the truck. Great color choice (just like mine :)).

Following...

We may drive out to Raptor Assault as well, from the Chicago area. May be stopping to see friends in CO too. Would love to find some off road opportunities along the way.

If you come a bit further to NW Montana and hit Glacier Nat’l Park, there are skads of logging roads to blast through. Just need to be very wary of the Montana Pinstriping as we got lots of foliage and trees that love to hug your Raptor along the way.

Damn, sounds like a blast! Unfortunately, the last weekend of June is when I plan to be back home by. But if it's an annual event, maybe I'll make it out there again next year!
