Builtright Communication??

Has anyone heard from or received anything from Builtright recently?

I've emailed them, no response, called 3x, no pick up and their voicemail is full every time.

I ordered a bed rack system, and although I have a Paypal receipt, I've received nothing from Builtright acknowledging the order or shipping.

Yea, I've ordered from the before, never an issue. This time seems odd.

I think my order came in like two weeks ago.

I always buy their stuff through another retailer like Off Road Alliance. No problems.

Ordered direct and could not be happier. Owner actually answered my phone call.

Hey John! If you could, please send me an email directly ([email protected]) and I'll make sure we get you sorted out ASAP. I can't explain the missed emails, although I'll get to the bottom of it. I do have an order from a John Kn*** placed Friday night that was packed yesterday and shipped today. I'm guessing there may just be an error in the email address used to place the order. In any case, shoot me an email and we'll get it handled.

If phone is better, calling during official business hours (9am - 5pm est) is the best way to get ahold of somebody. If the phone rings and the building isn't empty, we answer it. Working out some issues with voicemail system, so I do apologize for that!
