Does anyone know what dual catch can will work with a 2020. Apparently Ford made some changes and the one I bought for a 2017+ will not work.

I have a 2019 Raptor, and I think there were changes made for the '19 and '20 model years that prevent you from using one for a '17 or '18.

I purchased a TeamRXP one (~$600) since it's a billet dual can setup as well (looked pretty good too and high quality) and they guaranteed it would work with the '19+ models without setting a CEL. Spoiler alert: It did not, and still does not. Randomly pops a P051B for a crankcase pressure sensor mostly on startups when it's installed. No CEL codes when the catch can system is removed.

I've been working with them since October 2019 trying to get this figured out and I'm pretty much over being a free beta tester for them. They've had me replace check valves, add springs to keep the turbo side check valve stopper from opening easier. Replace the main can air/oil separator. Add a bigger check valve to intake manifold side, reroute tubing to slow the flow to the driver side turbo, plug up the hole I had to tap into the air intake box. Change the fittings out to bigger ones. There's been a bunch of things I've tried but I've taken the thing off and I'm literally waiting for the next "permanent fix" before I think about putting it back on.

Going to run the truck stock until I hear more about ones for a 2019 or 2020 truck that might make me want to sink money into another. Catch Cans seem to work well, as I drained mine after 2500 miles and a couple runs to Ocotillo Wells in SoCal and it filtered a bunch of fuel/oil/moisture gunk (approx 2oz or so).

Thanks for the detailed reply. That's exactly what I would do. Very odd that Ford wouldn't make one even if it became an accessory.

Try a JLT, not a dual system but you don’t need a dual sys anyway. As far as I know there’s no difference in the PCV system on the 17/18 vs 19/20. Raptors. What difference are you talking about?

If you have the silver rxp valves they are probably the issue. The black ones are good.
I had an rxp with the black valves and had no cel related the the catch can in 20k miles.

Jlt can is a good option also

Have the JLT on my 2014...works fine,15 minutes to install, and good price at around $150...I'd check them out.
Not sure on the Gen 2's,but from everything I've read on this forum and talking with JLT,you only need one on Passenger Side...but thats the owners option to put one on both sides.

Typically a dual can separator has a vacuum pick up before and after the the throttle body so it can pull crankcase vapors from idle to WOT. That’s the only difference to my limited knowledge.
