Sync 3 Update

That’s one reason this forum exists. Dealers are not aware of the latest releases many times and the Fordowner site is a little hokey in itself.

What year is the truck?

You posted this on monday, after earlier in the thread we had all been going round and round about how the hell to get the shit onto a USB drive. The download was not working last week.

Anywho, I'm not making a big deal out of it, just an observation.

I did it, and it was 3.3. The ford website does not mention 3.4 anywhere. Do you happen to have a link? Or can you post a screenshot?

I didn't take it off the Ford website. I used this

Mine auto updates at home and the most recent update was Android Auto but nothing else.

What version did it update to? And I take it your talking OTA update?

Use Chrome and StuffitExpander. It will work.

I just did the update using this website. No issues. Took 25 mins to complete. Thanks for posting this

you’re living right. Mine was closer to 45 minutes.

It’s worth it to grab the latest 3.4 version from the F150 forum link, it has the auto updating daylight saving time feature and some other bells and whistles.
