I just got two new pair of Rigid D-series pods. One pair are flood, one pair are spot. Which pair should I install on the inside, and which pair should I install on the outside of the fog light pocket cutout in the bumper. Thanks in advance!E2879EE4-C20B-4011-9DB1-D59FD7968AC4.jpeg6D861AD1-A0D9-40F3-B13C-97106477C8E5.jpeg

I would do spot on the bumper and flood on the A-pilar.
Mine has light bar on the bumper so i didn’t get spot Rigid.

We tend to recommend the opposite. The higher a light is mounted, the more distance you get out of the light. So it's best to work from spot to wide as you move from the top to the bottom of the vehicle.

Additionally, you want a combo or spot light on a-pillar mounts to minimize glare on your hood.

Just some food for thought.

thanks, glare is not that bad and distance on the bumper is good enough but the flood angel on the pillars gives me better light especially on corners and tight spots, i see the branches before they hit my side mirrors :)

Rigid does offer dually light with side shooters and also Baja Lp4. I have some pics of the dss light in a other thread.
That way you get best of both worlds light down range and off the side with minimal spill over on the hood.
