not yet (knock on a ford). Running amber mode at night is completely bad A$$. They are mounted on the alternative offroad mounts so my hood can open without issue.

I did farm out the wiring but they are switched to my upfitters #1, #2 & #3 (ambers).

The high mode is crazy bright, almost scary bright. I use "high" only when I am up north when I know traffic is minimal.

Thanks to @FordRaptorLights.com

Nice thanks for the input! That is nice that it has a low and high mode.

I went with the Squadron Racer Edition Spots. I didn’t want anything to big up there and some say they get whistling from a larger light. The Racer Edition is supposed to shine 40% farther than the Pro’s. I don’t know how they compare to the LP series lights.

Just installed the LP4s yesterday on the hood mounts (thanks to Adam @4x4TruckLEDs.com). Big light, but overall fits well to the truck. The size from inside the cab was surprising large, but took all of 1 trip to love how imposing it looks.

This angle shows amber glare on the hood, but hadn’t noticed it at all until this picture. No glare from the backlight from inside the cab.

For the main lights, I just them turned them out a bit to minimize hood glare and the visibility of the passenger-side side light. No issues from early tests.

Agreed on the turn out. no issues on the LP6, and no wind noise.

Did you wire the amber lights to your running lights, if so how?
