dealer just quoted me $500 to install the tpms sensors in my beadlock wheels. I bought replacement oem wheels and tires being told the tpms was still in the wheel. Turns out seller was wrong and now I need to get them put back in.

anyone have them done at discount tire and similar? If so, what was the cost?? $500 seems crazy!

I just bought one OEM sensor to go in my spare and it was about 20 bucks and that includes shipping. I then had it put in my spare and it was another $20. So $40 for the whole process. 2018 with factory "beadlock" wheels. They also balanced my spare. Local tire shop.

I had one done for $60 in my Raptor at Discount.
Dealer just wanted over a grand for my wife’s Mercedes replacements. Managed to get those for $40 each at Discount since it was all four.
Discount’s normal price is $60. But you can talk them down to $40.
