Hello Everyone,

I have my truck for about 150 miles. 2020, SCAB, 802 A Performance Blue. When I picked it up, the SIRIUS Radio was working great. I preset six stations and have had it on everyday since picking it up less than a week ago. Today, the SIRIUS Radio jammed up only allowing me to listen to one station. All of the other media works, no issues. I called SIRIUS and they rebooted the signal three times. They then told me it must be a receiver in the truck under the seat or hood that is not allowing the signal to reach the radio and to call the dealer. I called the dealer and shockingly, they don't have time to see the truck until next week. Anyone have this issue with SIRIUS?

Hold down the volume button and the advance button (>>) at the same time for several seconds untill screen goes blank.
The system will reboot.
That may fix you up

Had the exact same issue this past week. Was driving by the dealer. They disconnected the battery and then turned the tuning knob. It worked and has worked since. If you do a master reset, you will lose all your saved items, but the battery disconnect does not.

Thanks everyone for all your help and input. Shockingly, I parked the truck in the garage and went out three hours later and the SIRIUS Radio worked perfectly. Have no idea what happened. I am assuming one of the three resets must have helped it. Thanks again! Working on a new photo for my avatar!

Whatever you do, do not ever give Sirius your credit card number. They will bill you automatically whether you want to continue your subscription or not, and no matter how many times you tell them you don't want to subscribe. Pay by check if you want to continue your subscription.

I had the same problem when my truck was new. Do a master reset, it worked for me. All of your data will be lost, but if it is new you probably haven't entered much. You will have to re-pair your phone.
