So other than a tune, What would be the next best mod for power gains?.
I have an SCT tune on a 2017.

Build the block, EFR’s, catless DP’s, no muffler.

A canned SCT tune? You would probably see more power gains than anything else by going with a more custom tune option but that would require some logging and tune revisions to get you dialed in correctly
