Hi All,

I'm currently out of the country for a Christmas vacation and a friend of mine who is watching the house called me to let me know my headlights were on. (They were not on before I left). She proceeded to FaceTime me to show me that all of the exterior lights were flashing, as well as interior lights.

The truck can be locked and unlocked. However the alarm doesn't. The truck also won't start. This has got to be a battery problem right? The truck is a 2019 SCREW with less than 500 miles. Has not had a problem like this before. I have attached some videos below so you can see the problems.

Does anyone have any ideas what I could tell her to possible alleviate the problem, or at least disable it until I get back?

Looks like the alarm has been going off long enough to drain the battery?

So I managed to get her to take a voltmeter reading, which came out at 11.5V. If I recall, that's a dead battery. While that may solve that part of the mystery, it doesn't explain how the headlights came on in the first place?

It should still turnover with 11.5. Was she pushing the break when she was hitting the button?
I’m not sure about ford pass/alarm. I never even lock mine lol. There’s no alerts in the app?

Low voltage will cause electronics to do some weird stuff. 10mm disconnect negative battery terminal.

Check to make sure that the smaller connection on the positive battery terminal isn't loose because mine and others here on the forum were loose.
