It’s you that doesn’t understand your own observations.

If you are saying that when you let go of the wheel under acceleration and it straightens because of torque steer I would say that is not Torque steer. All cars/ trucks are basically set up to self center the steering for safety reasons and it is exaggerated under acceleration if you let go of the wheel but will self center any time you let go of the wheel when not accelerating as well. AWD, 4WD and FWD cars/ trucks self centering is more noticeable then say RWD cars but they all do that . With that said you may very well have torque steer in any vehicle that puts power to the first wheels caused by different traction surfaces at each tire as well.

If you feel the steering wheel pull to one side or even side to side under acceleration that is Torque steer! As for the front bias you are talking about its not possible on the Raptor. If you think about the difference in grip front to rear ie. wet in front and dry in the back your front may spin a tiny bit as the truck moves forward but it is not front bias. If you are hearing and or feeling a clunk or bang you are potentialy damaging the drive system, ease up on the power in this situation, these systems are not fool prof and are still very primitive compared to a true AWD system from lets say Audi or Subaru and it is not a seamless or smooth. They are tough but not always smooth.

If you are getting massive front wheel spin in you situation front on the wet and rear on the dry take it in and get it fixed.

The Torque Steer with Pulling to Center ONLY HAPPENS IN 4A! In 2H the steering is normal.

You guys are sooooo busy trying to prove you're right and I'm wrong you are not even reading what I'm saying.

So what should have been a pleasant information sharing conversation here has turned into a gang Primadona feeding frenzy!

that just means front wheels are getting power. Which no one disagrees with. It doesn’t mean it’s FWD bias which is your claim.

You don’t know what you’re talking about.

I still think your truck in not working correctly and a visit to the dealer is the next step.

Advice: Let this die and move on I bet your stress level will go down.

Maybe we are cornfused about what you think front bias is. To me, front bias means you can have the front wheels drive MORE than the rear. Like 80% front 20% rear. And of course, this is not possible on a Raptor. The most our front wheels can have is 50% front 50% rear, or 10f 90r, 20f 80r, any way you look at it the front can have no more than 50% of available torque.

So...its true.

In sport mode, 4A does not work. WHY FORD?
