Gen 2 owners are in the same income bracket as many german car owners, who will spend 4-5k on an exhaust IF it provides significant all around value. That means the selling point can't just be that its titanium, it also has to sound good, deliver performance, and be a reputable, exclusive brand. I fully believe this would succeed on a Raptor, except for the sound part. I've yet to hear an aftermarket exhaust note for the gen 2 that would justify the price of a high end, titanium exhaust.

If the sound could be solved, it would sell, guaranteed.

It is an F-ing V6.... spend the money on not breaking stuff off road. Tie rods and UCAs. Harmonics on a truck are secondarily. Just my opinion... but damn. Yes iam a Chardonnay or 2 into it. Still... iam going outside and gonna rev limit my V8 turn down pipe just to forget jumping on this thread.

The sound wont change and that is the only thing that is guaranteed.
We can talk "ifs" all day long, but the reality is its not worth it, even on a Raptor.
The responses on this thread alone should tell you that a Ti exhaust on a raptor wont sell.
I can guarantee no company is going to take the risk, nobody has.

Same income bracket, yes.
But different application.

to ad... father in law was all about foreign imports. Great cars and fun... but not a Ford Raptor. My financial situation is good. Too many Starbucks raptors and then trophy trucks. Iam in the middle. Practicality and performance.

Sorry, but I call ********. As an F80 M3 owner, the big knock on the car has always been the exhaust note. A whopping 6 years after the platform has introduced, it's been discovered how to make the exhaust note sound good, and it was done by an individual, NOT by the vast array of aftermarket exhaust manufacturers. I've noticed a trend of aftermarket companies, specifically exhaust manufacturers, getting lazy and trying to apply one system to several different models with minor tweaks. With enough development, or EFFORT, I guarantee the 3.5 can be made to sound good. The higher MSRP of a premium exhaust allows that R&D to take place.

Two different engines. Straight 6's is not a v6. Straight 6s sound waaaaay better more easily. Apples and oranges.
The Raptor exhaust has been the subject of countless debates since day one, of sounding terrible.
So no exhaust manufacturers have tried to make the raptor sound good since 2017? I call ********. There is only so much you can do with the engine and its configuration.
What's stopping someone from doing a little R&D then? Doesnt have to be Ti, they can use stainless.
Ti isnt magic.

TI won't sell on a Raptor.

It does not matter - after 6 years, all that needed to be done was equal length midpipes on the straight 6, not hard to do. The aftermarket missed this completely. The Raptor has been out for less time, and has the negative of having mostly American exhaust companies support the platform. Most of them take the same muffler and try to apply it to several models. Unfortunately, people buy those systems up because there's no alternative. The Gen 2 needs a TRUE exhaust system designed and built for the Raptor 3.5.

End of story. V6tt aren't known for great sound.
