2020 Sync 3 Update

All the time... even tried on multiple browsers. I get logged in, but then it gets hung up when I try to go to the Sync support page. Then it logs me out and I can’t log back in. Frustrating.

I’ll try clearing my cache like someone suggested.... hope that works.

Clearing browsing history in Chrome does not work for me. Cannot log in at all.

Can you try another browser or device? If you still can’t get in, maybe reset your password if you haven’t already. It’s a quirky site.

Currently I cannot get the login page to come up in either Chrome or Safari.

I find that clearing the cache in the browser works. It seems like once signed in, the Ford system knows you were there and won't allow a second sign in. You can google how to clear the cache in whatever browser you use. I rarely find anything useful on the Ford Owner Site, it's mostly advertising.

Updated explorer and chrome, cleared cache, logged in again, nothing, chatted online with ford rep they said they are having issues with their system, great

Can't believe I just saw this thread. Updated, everything feels way more smooth. Super easy to update too.

Looks like you did the Latest update for ver 3.3....from the Ford site.

Ver 3.4 will have Blue buttons along the bottom and blue tones.... instead of the grey.

Glad you got your software updated.
Did you do a Map update also?

It's 3.4, just using the Lincoln theme [emoji6].

Oh very cool.
I like the Lincoln theme.
I’ve read that you can preview the themes..... but will it stay after shutdown and reboot.
Would like to fo this
