Of course everyone would have best customer service with Amazon. They bend backward for the customers but punish the sellers by withholding any fund when customers dispute.
I like order almost anything on Amazon , but also feel bad for sellers as amazon want to please the customers so they would offer any refund to please them.
I bought some tow hitch set up from Amazon for my SQ5, I told them it missed the pin. They ended up refund the whole thing and sent a complete set up and don’t want the other thing back . Which I thought is for me but bad & stupid for the seller and even I told the representative I don’t need the refund .
But I do like how amazon takes care of its customer

Damn really? I know you have been here awhile as I have. I just started this month truly getting after the suspension with them after years of owning the truck and was happy with there shop. Only gripe was the instructions for self install are outdated and very vague for current products. I finally got back to the states and drove up to their shop and was taken well care of for everything from phone call, emails, and let loose to roam their shop. Bummer you didn’t have the same zombie.

they've really screwed over at least a half dozen folks that spent thousands with them. Maybe they finally got it together, but after they missed a deadline for a bumper that I ordered and paid in full for, they refused to refund my money and I had to get amex involved.

After that, I opted to go with SVC. SVC has always hit their deadlines, gone out of their way to make sure that I was good to go and hasn't ever abandoned me. SVC even let me fix my truck at their shop without warning or notice when I broke pretty bad. ( and called in favors to get me the parts that i needed.

kind of regret not popping in SVC which is literally a mile away from RPG. Called them first but the dates didn’t match for me. In my opinion... RPG is a good small unique Raptor specific engineer owned company that has more work and business than workers and time. I fell in and was happy. SVC, ADD,RPG, and others.... as we say in Texas... coke or another type of coke. All great companies.

I had great experience with OffRoad Alliance. They were extremely helpful and great to work with. They helped me with my lighting needs, providing great advice for desired set-up, as well as timing recommendation for purchasing at the best deal. I would super highly recommend.

Also Jason with CVF was great. Great product, great price. Super fast shipping.

I used Cobb for tuning and such. They have been extremely easy to contact and provide info and support.

SVC is pretty awesome for that.

Camburg is another company I’ve heard is reputable and since their announcement on the new travel kit, they have peaked my interest. I wondering if they will manufacture a knuckle/spindle though.

Just wanted to update the thread, I haven’t seen anyone mention this company. I spoke to Adam Krawczuk from Race Consulting Agency (RCA) about some parts I wanted to order due to them being back ordered, real nice dude. He would get back to me as soon as he calls the manufacturer to get a time frame. A few minutes later, dude got back to me and followed through. Said he’d keep me updated so I placed my order. I won’t receive the part until January though so I’ll keep you guys posted.

They offer free shipping. I don’t think I paid taxes either. I had almost bought the same part from FR (also on backorder) and after taxes and shipping, it was about $50 more.

Jerry Zaiden is a legit dude and a solid ****. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from camburg either.

Just came across Polyperformance, they offer a discount for military

They offer the new Live Valve shocks as a kit with an already steep discount as well.

Guys...I'm about to go broke :party36: I need to save and buy the damn RPG mid travel kit, dammit! My suspension is already crying for help though :Big Laugh:
