Now go back and look at the last Raptor Supplement dated 7/16/2019....
And it calls for the Synthetic Blend Oil again.
Dont know why the change back and forth.
Im doing the Full Synthetic now and plan to stay.
I’ve had to ask Auto Parts stores to order the Motorcraft Full Synthetic because most places only carry the Blend

For oil comparison:
Read the three 5W-30
https://www.fcsdchemicalsandlubricants.com/Main/category.asp?select=[Motor Oil]

All I get out of it, like I've known for 25+ years, is blend is good enough and cheaper!
Want the good stuff you have to pay!!!

It's not like the coolant, were Ford states not to change or mix antifreeze

Ok so based on the TSB its a as needed procedure with a permitted modification label , so not OK to change to yellow while under warranty but probably a great idea to switch to the new ford yellow (not gold bottle) DEXCOOL meets the ford orange spec so they are technically the same. Dexcool is not what i would call crappy coolant but its picky and does not like to be mixed with atmospheric air or other coolant chemistry. That is why they run in a closed pressurized system, i am concerned that such new models in the 2018 year are seeing clogged heater cores from the ford orange coolant, it might be a good idea to flush it very well and refill with fresh ford orange. FORD yellow is factory fill on nearly all new fords made MID JULY 2019

I didn't see any 2018 raptors with heater core issues.
I believe the issue was Raptors (Gen 1) in general.
And like I stated before it's the guys that don't use the right stuff,
just because it's orange doesn't mean it's right antifreeze to use in a Ford.
Then you have guys that cook their antifreeze an don't change it.
I'm sure that there are some that just took the garden hose and filled and/or topped off the radiator and over-flow tank.

Correct, its amazing how many people just dump tap water or whatever coolant they have in.....
