All good suggestions, I second doing the fuse 27 upgrade yourself regardless of how the fuse and fusebox look, circuit could have failed elsewhere. Check the FPDM connector as @Sozzy12 mentioned, sometimes it's just an issue with the connector, there are reports online.

Did it happen right after you filled the tank by chance? I had a code show up for EVAP small leak, and it would crank forever right after filling up, turned out to be the Canister Purge Valve (CPV-probably not your issue as mine did throw the code). Also you might consider better fuel and injector cleaner, fresh air filter and clean the MAF sensor, depending on miles replace plugs, clean the battery terminals and maybe replace battery if it's getting old; just suggestions but little things that could contribute to the problem, but none of which should cause a no-start condition...

If it cranks, you only need fuel, spark and air. 1) Remove air cleaner and try; 2) verify 12+V to coils while cranking; 3) Disconnect fuel line to see if there is fuel coming to the rails. A single coil or injector issue would just make it run poorly. You can further visually verify spark, if you know how. Be careful, the fuel line is running 50+psi and can make a mess. You should also hear the fuel pump prime when you insert the key.

Would the fuse 27 still allow the fuel pump to work? I ask because I took the hose off to see if it was pumping I to the engine and it is.

Just an update for everyone. I took it to a mechanic and he said my ECU is fried. I’m not the original owner and I am not sure if there was a tune done etc. has anyone felt with this issue? Or seen it? How much am I looking at for replacement and flash?

Unless you did something while doing the fuse #27, it's pretty hard to fry the PCM.
Can you hook up a OBDII reader and communicate with it?

A new PCM and Ford dealer making sure your OEM tune is loaded and keys set is around $1,000 to $1,300

I know it doesn't say Raptor but it's the same, just the Tune is different.
And the Ford dealer is not going to sell you one at that price, their going to sell it for their list price.

Getting a used PCM is not going to cut it, there vin number encrypted to prevent theft.
You would need certified paper work that the vehicle was destroyed,
then bring the used PCM to a dealer to register it and wait for a new software to be written.
Probably going cost more in the end.

You don't have a buddy that's into working on cars, any simple OBDII reader will do.
In your first post you stated there aren't any codes, so I was assuming you plugged in a OBDII reader.

I wish I could help you more but your ******, you're gonna have to break down and bring it to the dealer.
Your probably gonna get banged for diagnostics too because,
I'm pretty sure there is going to be a lot of back and forth with the Ford Hotline and the Ford tech.
