I just installed this the other week. Very very little drone at highway cruising. A lot better than my last exhaust. The bolts connecting the piping to the downpipes were to short.(maybe got wrong ones put in box idk). It’s not overly aggressive on hard throttle and cold startup and idle is nice and tamed. I would say it’s a a step louder than the factory exhaust. I mainly got this one due to I was tearing apart all other exhaust I put on due to off roading lol. Hope this one doesn’t get smashed as well.

Save your money. It's a TTV6 and it doesn't sound good....breathe in, breathe out.... Enjoy all the others things it does better than the V8s and concede the sound to posers. All you can do is make it louder but you can't make it sound good. Your money is spent MUCH MUCH MUCH better on other mods that actually make a difference. Have you already done the dual valve catch can? The KHC torque arm? Tuned it? Obviously your money and time and personal preference just thought I'd share my experience of researching..seemingly...every single available exhaust and realizing that lipstick on a pig is still a pig. Same way the V8 guys realize there is nothing they can do to achieve the same performance. Leave the posing to them and smile as you drive circles around them in your amazing rig...LOL

Definitely not expecting this thing to sound like a flatplane V8 but just looking for a bit more volume and rasp minus drone. Also wouldn’t be heartbroken to lose the dual outs

Same here as far as sound and same on the bolts being too short lol I thought the same thing. Had to reuse the factory bolts luckily they were the same thread as the supplied bolts.

Edit : overall really loving the sound of mine through all scenarios. I was walking out of the grocery store and had left my wife in the truck with it running while I went in to get something and could hear it idling from a ways away and it sounded great. I was like wow is that my truck? When we got home I had her drive by a few times while I stood in the driveway as I hadn’t heard it and it sounded awesome. Very glad I installed it

I had a chance to hear the AWE 1FG in person under load riding in the lane next to me and it sounded AWESOME!! The tone, downshifts, acceleration all sounded perfect. I really didn't think that an exhaust upgrade would be worth it on the Raptor but the AWE 1fg might be in my future.

I’m thinking of turning my borla s type into a dump exhaust. How important are the Long tailpipes? I don’t like how they look would love to not have them on the back.
