You can no longer get a federal tax credit from buying a Tesla. Tesla has already surpassed the 200K sale's limit.

Some states may have incentives.

Not to mention, one you get your tax incentives you'll actually be paying less than those numbers.

I also like the looks of the Rivian much better as well, but its only a mid-size truck. This fugly beast is a full size. There is a Tesla dealership about 40 min from my house. I'll definitely go give it a look once it hits the showroom floor. With that crazy design I want to see how much interior room this thing really has.

He wanted to shock the truck world. Well he did it. But if the production vehicle doesn’t change much, I think it’s impossible to get major market share. His comments along the way made him question who might like and may want to buy it.

So everyone wears stainless and no color choices! But then again paint scratches no go. I’m sure many will be wrapping.

I like it. Good range/performance for the price. Looks are always subjective and he was clear it wasn’t going to look like a conventional truck. I think the stainless is a mistake. Otherwise it’s a solid idea.

Not a fan of Tesla's styling on anything. If they weren't fast they wouldn't sell.

It is fugly but will smoke my Raptor on the drag strip.
I wonder if Ford are working on electric version for gen3 now that they showcased the electric f-150 towing a train.
What will we do if get stuck in the middle of nowhere with no juice?
